You are subscribing for the Pickleball Box League.
You do not need to register with PayPal to make a payment. To avoid registering for PayPal, select the option to "Pay With Debit or Credit Card". Then after entering your details, (Untick the box that asks you to Save information & create your PayPal account, followed by Agree & Subscribe) - see image below.
You can then pay using your debit or credit card (without a PayPal account).
Please make a payment for your subscription by clicking on the PayPal Subscribe button below. Enter email address, your card details and address.
An email with a link to complete your registration is sent to the email address you just entered.
After successfully completing your registration (by completing your profile - please add your phone number and optionally your picture).
A second email is sent to the same email address for you to activate your account.
