Our Rules of engagement
1. Arranging Matches
- Players are responsible for contacting their opponents to arrange matches.
- All fixtures must be completed before the end of the league period.
- Players are encouraged to create a WhatsApp group for their league to organise matches and court bookings.
2. Match Points System
- Win: 4 points
- Loss: 1 point
Bonus Point:
- Tennis / Padel: win at least one set
- Badminton / Squash / Table Tennis / Pickleball: win at least one game
3. Match Formats
Lawn Tennis
- Best of 3 sets
- At 1–1: Championship Tie-Break (first to 10, win by 2)
Padel
- Best of 3 sets
- At 1–1: Championship Tie-Break (first to 10, win by 2)
Pickleball
- Best of 3 games
- Games to 11 (win by 2)
Badminton
- Best of 3 games
- Games to 21 (win by 2)
Squash
- Best of 5 games
- Games to 11 (win by 2)
Table Tennis
- Best of 5 games
- Games to 11 (win by 2)
4. Injuries & Cancellations
- A player who retires due to injury will forfeit the match.
- Players who cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend may forfeit the match.
- Notify the organiser of any long-term injuries.
5. Promotion & Relegation
- Top 4 players may be promoted.
- Bottom 4 players may be relegated.
- Final placement is at the organiser’s discretion.
6. Results Submission
- Submit results as soon as possible after the match.
- All submitted results must be verified by the opponent before been locked.
- Contact the organiser for any issues or disputes.
7. General Rules
- Players will be placed in the most competitive division possible.
- Fair play and good sportsmanship are expected at all times.
